General Notes:
|
The 2nd of two impressive Kahikatea trees in East Auckland. They trees stand at the bottom of a valley by a stream and steep cliffs. This tree unfortunately snapped near the top and lost a lot of its crown and height. It’s however extremely impressive at the base and is probably the older of the two trees (Morrison, J.W., 2024).
