General Notes:

'It is unusual for this species to attain such a size in a relatively open and windy site, suggesting that it may have been more protected in the past'. Fuller 1983. Reference. Burstall SW. FM. Report no.19. 1973; p.35.
The tree has recently lost a large lower branch on the easterly side leaving a wound just over 1m (CTS 2002).
